These are the obligatory rules:

1. You must reside in Raleigh to play.
2. No damaging personal property or using physical force.
3. No breaking the law. This means no breaking and entering. However, if you are granted access to the house then feel free to open fire.
4. No hits on a target when they are at a location that requires their presence. This means no hits at work, school, church, sporting events organized by a legitimate league (i.e. not pick-up), dentist/doctor appointments, or jury duty. This safe-zone is limited to the building itself, parking lots are fair game. However, if your job requires you to be outside of your building then you are also off limits during that time. No kills on the clock basically.
5. No hits on a target when they are in their bedroom or bathroom and the door is closed. Wait it out if you like but these are personal spaces and thus off-limits.
6. Weapons must have a self-contained water supply. Examples of unacceptable weapons include (but are not limited to) snowballs, hoses, pressure washers, fire extinguishers, icicles, and sprinklers.
7. There is no such thing as bullet-proof vests (i.e. rain jackets) but shields (umbrellas, for example) may be used.

Round robin specific Rules

1. Once your attacker has lost their cover you can defend yourself and eliminate them (be sure to obtain their username and kill code).
2. This means you probably shouldn't tell people who you have.
3. If you shoot an assassin who is not your attacker you will be eliminated by the Game Master if you are reported.

In addition, an honorable assassin will adhere to the following creed:

1. You will play by the honor system and admit when you have been legitimately killed.
2. You will not be a beyond the grave informant or accomplice. When you are dead you are dead.
3. You will honor your target's last wish.

Using public transportation to stalk your target is preferred to driving by the game masters.

The game will switch to melee mode at midnight on November 20th if there are still assassins remaining. At this time any assassin may eliminate any other assassin.
